Business2Business Meeting: Understanding Neurodivergence: How to Unlock High Performance
Current workforce trends suggest that by 2040, over 40% of the global workforce will identify as neurodivergent, (Everway, 2024). For companies that get this right, neurodivergent human capital management will lead to work environments that are more systematic, organized, and productive and agile. DI-NC is committed to helping businesses to prepare intentionally for a changing workforce, one where neurodiversity brings incredible business value.
On June 10, 2026, DI-NC welcomes Sara Cullen, Human Resources Business Partner at Biogen. Sara has over 20 years of experience in talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership development. She partners with leaders to translate complex people dynamics into practical, business-relevant decisions. In addition to her HR role, Sara serves as an Employee Resource Group (ERG) leader focused on disability, mental health, and neurodiversity advocacy.
Her perspective is shaped her professional experience and her personal journey as a late-identified neurodivergent woman and a parent navigating the same experiences with her two children. Through her work and by sharing her experiences, Sara focuses on helping leaders better understand how neurodivergence shows up in real work environments and how to unlock high performance through enabling more neurodiverse ways of working.
