- DI-NC Members and Sponsors: As a membership organization, we serve our business members and sponsors by connecting them to a network of innovative business leaders who recognize the value of a corporate culture inclusive of everyone.
- Charlotte Area Liaison Group (CALG): The Charlotte Area Liaison Group (CALG). CALG is a professional organization dedicated to human resources professionals and business owners with responsibilities for Department of Labor compliance issues. Membership in CALG can provide companies with current information and contacts to aid you in addressing compliance issues that include Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. See: cailginc.org

Disability:IN North Carolina proudly announces the 2024 Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion in North Carolina Employer Awards. Companies recognized with the award are those companies who are top scorers (i.e. receive a score of 80 or above) on the Disability Equality Index, members of Disability:IN North Carolina and companies who have demonstrated their commitment to disability inclusion in North Carolina.
The Disability Equality Index recognizes companies that adhere to leading inclusion practices outlined in the annual benchmarking of corporate disability inclusion policies and programs as administered by our parent, Disability:IN.

CommunAbility Mentoring: The Disability:IN North Carolina / CommunAbility mentoring program matches business mentors to students or young adults with disabilities for mentoring sessions that take place throughout their senior year in high school, technical training, college, or university. Our CommunAbility Mentoring helps companies expand their pipeline of diverse talent to include students with disabilities while increasing employee engagement.
CommunAbility Consulting: provides custom designed consulting services to help your business improve disability hiring and retention and comply with OFCCP and Employment first regulations. Through our CommunAbility Consulting program, Disability:IN North Carolina partners with your business to craft a disability inclusion strategy for successful recruitment, selection and hiring practices.
