Windmills is a disability awareness and inclusion program that equips business leaders with the knowledge, skills and tools to create an inclusive workplace where all employees have the opportunity to thrive. Participants in this module will have an opportunity to examine common stereotypes about people with disabilities and how these preconceptions may screen out talented applicants with disabilities.
