CALG is a professional organization dedicated to human resources professionals and business owners with responsibilities for Department of Labor compliance issues. Companies recognized with the award are those companies who are top scorers (i.e. receive a score of 80 or above) on the Disability Index, members of Disability:IN North Carolina and companies who have demonstrated their commitment to disability inclusion in North Carolina.

CommunAbility Mentoring: The Disability:IN North Carolina / CommunAbility mentoring program matches business mentors to students or young adults with disabilities for mentoring sessions that take place throughout their senior year in high school, technical training, college, or university. Our CommunAbility Mentoring helps companies expand their pipeline of diverse talent to include students with disabilities while increasing employee engagement.
CommunAbility Consulting: provides custom designed consulting services to help your business improve disability hiring and retention and comply with OFCCP and Employment first regulations. Through our CommunAbility Consulting program, Disability:IN North Carolina partners with your business to craft a disability inclusion strategy for successful recruitment, selection and hiring practices.
