Disability:IN North Carolina (DI-NC) is excited to announce registration is open for the 2026 Wellness@Work event. Join us on May 19th at 11:30 -EST for a roundtable discussion on managing the intersections of chronic health conditions and mental health challenges.

Tony Williams, Founder of the Olandus Foundation, will lead a roundtable discussion on managing the challenges of living with chronic health and mental health conditions while working. Tony is a double stage 4 cancer Thriver and passionate advocate for health equity. After his own diagnosis, Tony recognized the profound disparities in cancer outcomes based on zip code, race, and income. Tony created the Foundation to ensure that everyone affected by cancer has access to the resources, support, and community they need regardless of their background or circumstance.

Dr. Amanda Kloo, Ph.D., is the Director of Inclusive Recreation at the National Inclusion Project (NIP). Dr. Kloo holds degrees and certifications in education, special education, arts therapies, learning and behavior, disabilities studies, health, and nutrition. She is a veteran teacher, author, interventionist, and developmental specialist with experience teaching individuals of all ages, stages, and abilities. Amanda is also a coach and adaptive athlete with Cerebral Palsy whose journey with cancer informs her dedication to service.

Steve Chesley is the CEO of EVORA Solutions, a DOBE certified IT solutions provider focused on helping organizations optimize technology while advancing sustainability and social impact. Steve is also a cancer survivor whose experience navigating diagnosis, treatment and returning to work reshaped his perspective on career, community, and purpose. Steve shares his story to help organizations better understand how workplaces can support employees facing serious health challenges
