Founding Program Sponsors: DI-NC partners with companies to establish and scale multi-year programs to enhance disability employment within their industry and/or across the business community.
Contributing Program Sponsors: Companies may join a Founding Program Sponsor to enhance the growth of a specific program at or above the platinum sponsorship level.
Benefit Description**
Branding/Recognition:
- Company Logo is displayed alongside other members to recognize sponsorship level on our di-nc.org web page. Logo will be included in all printed materials. Company Logos will be recognized at all in-person events (e.g. Fall Conference)
- Company will be mentioned on social media posts highlighting sponsored programs, awards, and membership.
- Company is eligible for a DI-NC Employer Award, given to a company in North Carolina who demonstrates a commitment to accessibility, retention, advancement & training of employees with a disability, supply chain engagement and support of Disability Owned Business Enterprises (DOBEs). Companies receiving this award will be recognized at the Fall Conference and on social media.
Leadership:
- Member companies are eligible to serve and be considered for DI-NC Board of Directors & Committees.
- Gold Sponsors are eligible to sponsor a virtual event or conference breakout session.
- Platinum Sponsors are eligible to host or be recognized as a sponsor for a virtual or conference session.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Silver level sponsors and above gain access to post their company job openings on Jobs Ability; an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven-tool that sources job applicants and connects candidates with disabilities with employers.
- Member companies may participate in CommunAbility:DI-NC Mentor and Apprenticeship programs.
Networking and Membership
- Members have unlimited free access to all virtual events including monthly Business2Business meetings.
- Members benefit from networking with Disability Owned Business Enterprises (DOBEs) across North Carolina for procurement and supplier engagement needs.
- Disability:IN North Carolina offers customized training or technical support for a negotiable fee with any membership or sponsorship level listed above.
- Sponsor companies are allotted complimentary tickets to the Fall Conference based on sponsor-level.
